This marble floor and staircase restoration in a residential property in Hornchurch was an extensive project that involved a lot of intricate work around stairways and also large areas of the marble floor. As you look through the before and after photos of the project, you’ll notice the significant improvement in the visual appearance of the floor and other areas.

We started this restoration project by identifying any sections of marble that needed either replacing or repairing and making the appropriate repairs. The next step in the process was to use diamond grinding equipment to remove the entire top layer of the marble and leave fresh, clean, and level marble underneath. Next, we moved onto the grout, re-grouting the entire area.

After we finished the repairs and grinding, we diamond polished the entire surface of the marble floors and stairways. This helps to give the marble a beautiful shine and polish. After the marble was polished, our team applied new silicone to the required areas and then applied a sealant coat to the marble. This helps to maintain the gloss and shine of the marble, while also making it easier to clean and maintain.
